Dweelja Doobap, Zurich's grooviest a cappella group, has been performing in Switzerland and neighbouring countries since 1992. You can witness the vocal acrobatics of the five singers on their tour with the current program "We did it!" until summer 2001. The mind-boggling band name perfectly contrasts with the quite usual names of the five musicians (from left to right): Chris Flueler (b), Katja Mair (s), Micha Dettwyler (t), Bettina Tuor (a), and Daniel Erni (bt). They all contribute to the composing and arranging of Dweelja Doobap's repertoire. So far, 2000 has been an exciting year for Dweelja Doobap: They performed at the "Jazzfestival Montreux OFF 2000" and "Vokal Total", Germany's largest a cappella festival. Last but not least their first cd titled «We did it!» was released. It's a live album featuring brand-new songs as well as classics of jazz, latin, soul, and pop music.
